Run. Don't Run.™ provides a confidential background report on an individual you identify, compiled from public records, licensed investigative databases, and open-source intelligence. The report is prepared for your personal, informational use to assist your own decision-making.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information, including valid government-issued identification, to use the service. We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion, including where identity cannot be verified or where we believe the request may be unlawful or improper.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubbard Investigations, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or any report, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
